All coaches should review the current USA Lacrosse Youth rules for your boys or girls team's appropriate age group every year. Even those familiar with lacrosse would benefit form a review of the current rules as USA Lacrosse does make changes most years. Use the following when looking for the appropriate rules for your teams:

Lightning = 8U

Bantam = 10U

Junior = 12U

Senior = 14U
